We work directly with organizations to coordinate free birthday cakes in a way that is simple, private, and reliable.
Who can submit
Staff members, caseworkers, child advocates, or approved contacts from partner organizations.
When to submit
One to two weeks ahead whenever possible. We will still do our best with shorter notice.
What to include
First name or initials, date needed, age if appropriate, serving size, allergies, and any known preferences.
Unknown details are okay
If flavor, colors, or themes are unknown, leave them blank and the baker can use creative freedom.
